When you employ a nanny in the UK you have the same legal responsibilities as a commercial employer. This means that you have to register as an employer with the Inland Revenue and pay tax and NI contributions on behalf of your nanny. You must also provide your nanny with an employment contract and regular payslips, and comply with a plethora of statutory requirements, such as holiday pay, statutory sick pay and statutory maternity leave and pay to name a few. Information for Families in Need of Au Pairs and Mothers Help

We offer the following:

• We offer Support and Guidance on interview techniques and invitation letter.
• We supply au pairs; au pair couples, au pair+, and mothers help to families within the UK.
• We offer experienced au pairs that are well vetted in medical checks, police checks, references, and assessed thoroughly at point of registration.

In order for the au pair to obtain a visa we require the following; Your chosen au pair would need to evidence that she will be supported in the UK by you and can live without using public funds and so we would require you to provide us with:

• One months bank statements.
• A letter from your employer, stating your job position and your salary.
• In addition to this, families would need to provide an invitation letter stating when you would like the au pair to come and stay with you, accompanied by a copy of the photo page from your passport.
• Please note additional information might be required and families will be advised.
